Refunds. If your order is canceled, we refund your evaluation fee (the 3.5% US card processing fee is not refundable). If you want your device back, we email you an invoice for return shipping and ship once it is paid. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Return shipping: please read before you order

If no recovery is paid (you decline your quote, you decline our request to open a sealed drive, your drive is Unrecoverable, or your order is canceled after we receive it), return shipping is $25 USD within the United States or $90 USD outside the United States, including Canada. We email you an invoice, and your device ships once it is paid. If you approve a recovery quote, return shipping is a line on that quote at the same amount. We ship by USPS Priority Mail within the United States and by DHL Express everywhere else, insured by ATP. Inbound shipping to our lab is at your risk, so please use a tracked shipping service. Prefer not to get your device back? Choose secure destruction instead. There is nothing to pay, and we refund $25 of your evaluation fee. If your order is canceled, we refund your evaluation fee (the 3.5% US card processing fee is not refundable). If you want your device back, we email you an invoice for return shipping and ship once it is paid.
